I love Blender and I like to support them. But Many people really got bumped on their heads and there was no excuse whatsoever that kind of made the day. I expect this to happen on some closed source company which does not care about their customers but blender lives from its community and treating them like that is not what I thinke an open community should be like. But is the credit really the only reason why you preordered?? Anyway, I think Ton and the team feel bad about any omissions or misprints, and we're going to avoid that problem this time. Ton has suggested that we're going to publish the list of people who preordered so people will have the opportunity to check and make sure their names are correct. Everyone who preordered should be getting a credit. You can not play this in real-time though... has to be encoded to jpg2000 or so. Sponsors who support us with 2500 euro get such a disk shipped around premiere time. It's all free/open content, sooner or later it'll be on the web somewhere for download. People interested in such a disk, but not with a budget to sponsor us, can contact me.
