Like a phone company or something. Regarding youtube: please don't. Quality wise or qulity-illusion wise vimeo is way ahead. They also seem to have a better server concept which keeps up with the load very well while youtube suffers heavy lag at times. Playing back HD footage on youtube does not work fluidly at all. Using OGGs would probably be no good since I don't think your servers could keep up, so it shouldn't be an option either. As for the rest: cool stuff.
